Okay, it's been a low-level year for us campingwise but I promise to do better in 2018. We just replaced the two vehicles in our main fleet (Civic with CR-V and Mopar minivan with its twin) and that activity distracted us from the bathroom remodel that has taken up most of the year.  Actually, it was leaf blowing, mulching and composting that dragged us away from the remodel and we got distracted from THAT by the car shopping.  Meanwhile the poor ol' Westy sat faithfully by with just an occasional start-and-idle to keep it occupied.


Tank reseal coming up, doable during in winter in a heated garage, to be followed by new canvas and poptop gaskets and maybe those Mopar middle Stow 'N Go seats lots of folks are using as front buckets these days.


I'm working harder in retirement than I ever did at a job, and there's just not enough hours in the day for the projects.


Now wouldn't you rather have had junk mail or spam instead of Vanagon whining?

Don't they know regular folks are broke from Christmas, Auto, Town/State tax, House insurance bills (here in MA they all come at once).  I need some Vanagon Content.
