I've dealt with both over the years and found they both provide quality parts and excellent customer service. Recently someone at RMW called me about a return that was correctly credited back just to make sure I was satisfied with their service. RMW has a very good Subaru conversion kit and custom parts, especially for the later 2.5 engines, and I'm sure they will continue to do a great job, but it's sad to lose one of the long time suppliers. Apparently the cookies will continue, at least for now: http://mailchi.mp/rmwesty/were-getting-married?e=401205ecf0 Stuart -----Original Message----- From: Stacy Schneider [mailto:vwcrewman@gmail.com] Sent: Sunday, January 7, 2018 2:20 PM To: stuartmacm@GMAIL.COM Cc: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Re: Van Cafe merges with RMW Good for Peter, I know he had many suiters but few have the space or network to take something like that and run with it. I think it will only be a positive thing for all parties. The only downside will be that us local guys will have to wait another day to get parts instead of overnight, or once or twice actually the same day. I would have thought that GW would have bought it and made themselves a super power. Good for us they didn't, as now we still have a friendly competition between the two. I was shocked the first time I ordered a part from VC and it was a GW part. It was then I realized that GW is now a Brand and not just a parts supplier. They sell a few of my products as did VC and I look forward to the future. Stacy
