I agree with Karl. Quite expensive and doesn't upgrade the injectors. I've played with quite a few standalone EFI systems in past, they were certainly less money. One time we played with injectors on a 2.0 16V engine and megasquirt. We gained about 15 HP just by swapping digifant II injectors to something more modern with a better spray pattern. Modern injectors atomize fuel better than our original ones.

I've used SDS, Megasquirt, Electromotive and DTAFast. If you're a DIY guy - go with the Megaaquirt stuff. Very inexpensive for what you get, I believe recent versions even have autotune. SDS was the one I hated the most, it had the worst interface to work with.

One part about the Gowesty kit, it seems rather plug and pray for someone who is electrically inept. Very overpriced though IMO.
