That did the trick! I found per Neil that there was 12.23 v to ground from the faucet switch. Next I pulled the pump from the tank, and saw the small tang in the bottom. Turned it--it sounded very gritty. Got a pair of pliers and worked it back an forth. It took three tries until it would run, but it did. I watched cloudy water come out at the sink. In my opinion, it should be running stronger, but it got too dim on that side of the house as the sun is setting. I will try to flush it out more in the morning.
