Yes I have been speaking with him via email. Right now he is custom building batteries for customers that fit in the box. The problems are scale, and shipping (haz mat certification required). I think I have figured out both. Also the charging system is tricky. Also been talking with Detlev Hanschke as he was one of the first folks setting up systems in the Vanagon.

Should have a good, tested, and easily sellable and installable system ready by March.
