Subject: 1982 Heater Cables for Climate Control - Part Number and Source
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8"

Hi,

Looking for assistance in confirming with some certainty the part numbers for 3 of the 5 climate control (heater) cables on a: 1982 Vanagon, Left-hand drive, engine code CV (air-cooled FI). I am certain on the cables for the 2 heater flaps, it's the other 3 that I am less certain about.

I've been in touch with 2 European vendors and one North American vendor that each have at least one of the cables I need. Sort of. In each case their suffix is different than what the my parts list shows and their parts list shows even less options.

A copy of the parts list that I found online is here: https://goo.gl/aoFL6i It's #17, #18, and #29 that I am looking to confirm.

Secondly, any sources in North America for these 3 cables? (Bus Depot only has one). Anyone on this list that might have them for sale?

Thanks,

John Thiessen Toronto, Canada
