It sounds like you missed putting back one of the red wires to the
starter threaded post. That is how the engine system gets power before
the engine is running. Check the starter wiring!
If you open the black wiring box on the front corner engine wall you
should see some red wires in there going to a small threaded post.
Measure for voltage on that wiring post. If you don't have it there then
the relays and fuel injection won't get power either.
