Hovenweep is a great little National Monument with a nice campground that barely ever fills up. Weak cell signal though, if that matters. I'm normally the last one to worry abourt such things, but… keep an eye on your rig at Canyon de Chelly, it's notorious for break-ins. Know I say this as a huge proponent of Native culture. If you're a backpacker and love Native sites, email me to EW@EricWunrow.com and I'll give advice I won't otherwise post. If you give more info as to what you like to see, I'll have a lot more advice. We've traveled the West well over 3,000 days in our lives. I rarely check in here though, so use the other address or call if interested. SW Colorado Rules also.
