HEY -- a question that I can answer!  I can't add much to this list, so
whenever I am able, I am happy to try to share:

Yes: Condelli sells a kit which is not a sandwich adaptor.
It takes the pressure between the pushrod tubes and TEE's it:
-to the original lower pressure switch; and
-to a 1/8" line that goes all the way to your dashboard where you connect
an old-fashioned analogue pressure gauge.

Disadvantages:
-you can't re-install the push-rod tube tin (or, at least, I have not been
able to, even though the instructions say you can);
-you have engine oil theoretically brought into your cabin (but in reality.
the potential flow is so small through the eight feet of 1/8" tubing, even
if you had a leak, it would be barely anything.  And the tube is well
protected so there is no reason the system should develop a leak.)

Advantages:
-cheap,
-simple,
-easy to install,
-no electrical requirements (unless you want your gauge to be illuminated,
then you need 12V under your dash; but that's as easy as it gets),
-low cost, readily available, universally compatible pressure gauge,
-retains all the original oil system characteristics.
