Thanks for the help from all of you guys,

Fortunately it was my fault, not putting one of the wires back.
I found it tangling on top of the starter.  My bad.  I feel like a dog.
But now all is well and like nothing happened.
I see, one has to have patience not only with the van but to self too.

Thanks for the reply.

What's happening; key on does not have power to fuel pump or the relay, nor
when I turn the engine.
That 1-2 second is not there.

What to do?

When you first turn on the key the fuel pump only runs 1-2 seconds and
then it stops. After that it should only run when the engine is turning.

The ECU controls the fuel pump relay and only turns on the relay when it
thinks it should. If the engine isn't turning the ECU thinks the pump
isn't needed. This is for safety.
