Hi Zoltan! Always good to see you posting! You definitely have an issue.  Either the o-ring on the cylinder, cracked head...or...crack in a cylinder.  Have seen all three.  Bottom line...you need to break it down again.  One thing you can try.  Pull the spark plugs and lay a paper towel over the spark plug holes and crank the engine.  You may see coolant coming out of one or more holes.  That will at lest tell you which side the issue is on. I noticed coolant in the exhaust in my 89 van.

How is that possible?  What went wrong? Could the head be cracked?  Maybe the gasket ring did not seal?
