Anyone that’s been working on vehicles as long a we have has made mistakes... I once left the the AFM plug disconnected after a tune up and fiddled with everything else until it was dark, then gave up. The van would start, run then stall. I spent the night annoyed and frustrated as hell. The next morning I immediately noticed the AFM plug was hanging behind the air box, not plugged in. Sometimes being human is hard :)
