I have the rectangular headlights, but I'm guessing you're talking about the the flat-head screws that you give a quarter turn to lock/unlock. I would think the grill would hold with three screws, but I find its a little tricky to make sure they're fully engaged. The screws will not catch if you don't apply enough pressure on the grill and the grill pops out in the area of that screw. In that case I wouldn't be confident that the remaining one or two screws would hold the grill. A couple zip ties might be a hack fix that gives you a bit of insurance. This reminds me of the time I had a shop replace my radiator and fan motor. They claimed they had to replace the headlight adjusters and I believed them because I knew they were brittle. But a while after I got the van back, I had an occasion to remove the grill. I discovered that they had used drywall screws. I double checked the invoice and found they had indeed charged me for 9 adjusters. Then I discovered the shop had sold their business to new owners. Lesson learned.
