Hi Julianna,


        When I was transitioning from my last air cooled bus to my vanagon I had a lot of help from listers on the air cooled list and then on the vanagon list.  Joel sent me very clear directions on how to do both simple and complicated tasks and he always did it in a way that I could meet success as a blind lister.  


        Thank goodness his spirit lives on in many of you out there!
