Subject: A work party for John Rodgers???
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8"

Hi all!

I am curious if any of you would be interested and willing to help out a list member! John Rodgers has a house that his son bought him back right before 2008. With the crash in real estate, it has sat, empty, and torn apart, waiting to be put back together. He lives in Birmingham Alabama, so for many of us, it will be a drive to get to his house. I live in Oregon, so it’s a long one for me, and yet I really think this would be an amazing way to pay it forward for John! He has been such an amazing contribution to us, and I hope that we can get this set up to help him! What say you???? Can we get some ideas and timelines flowing???
