I am preparing to do a little local camping tomorrow before a longer trip, and opened my fridge for the first time since last November. I discovered that we left 4 cans of diet coke inside, that froze and then exploded, and I do mean exploded. The cans were in multiple pieces, plus blew the rack at the bottom of the door in to several pieces, and cracked the inside frame of the fridge door. I think the cans were lined up on the bottom shelf of the door. I am going to glue the door cracks (Gorilla Glue?) but I don't see how the shelf will ever be strong enough to hold anything since it is in five pieces. I am going to pull the front cover off as well and see where all that coke went, since it did not go outside. Everything inside is coated with a layer of dried coke. At least it was diet (no sugar). I have yet to see if the fridge still works. Does anyone know if the shelf is still available? > > > > > > Dave B. > > > > Boise
