My neighbour has a Multivan (says that on the back) but it has a pop top. Inside it looks like Weekender (rear facing jump seats, rear bench that folds into a (full width) bed), table. Perhaps this is what Canadian Multivan looks like? Maybe someone added the pop top to it?
