Of course, what is available in Canada and in the U.S. may be different.

I have Vredestein All Weather tires, and am very pleased. Run them year round (not a lot of winter driving in the camper, but do use it about town for errands sometimes). Of course, in two years, I have only 7K miles on them, but they suit me for Forest Service roads and even some fairly rough trails. They have pulled me out of more than one mud hole. And yes, I do run them on the highway. Since the camper is fairly noisy anyway, I don't notice anything untoward in that regard from the tires. They are wearing as expected, Vredestein says 60K miles iirc. Got 21 mpg on the run to SE Oregon last summer, 2.1 waterboxer with 170K miles.
