I use a peice of industrial carpet, the kind you see as "runners" laid out in stores...rubber-backed... I often leave it on top of my rear bed to keep the dog mess down.. especially when they are wet. When I camp it slips under the cushion. The rubber backing keeps it dry and doesn't pick up sand...
