First remove the TC bolts and you should be able to push the TC back 1/8”. See if will now spin freely 360. Then spin the engine. You may actually hear something drop. If you are really lucky you might get away with just removing the bolts and sliding the tranny back a bit and rotate the TC & engine again. Maybe a smashed starter pilot bearing will fall out!
