Found another broken one while washing the van last week so set about fixing it using the "fuel line fix" outlined on Samba.  I've done this a couple of times before over the years after the first set of replacements from vendors began breaking.  Hillman 1/4" E-Clips from the fasteners section of Lowe's hardware are what I use along with short lengths (about 1") of fuel line. Sometimes you need washers. Details are shown in various Samba threads. The funnest part of the repair came when I was leaning on the right main headlight glass in order to get a little more muscle on the thing to aid in compression of the fuel line so I could get the clip in place and I shattered a second, adjacent adjuster.  Fortunately, I had more clips and fuel line, both of which I keep in the van and recommend removal of the headlight assembly and doing the fix on the bench in order to get better access.  Once the upper grille is removed, either side's assembly comes out by removing four screws and unplugging two plugs. Stephen
