The Kits that Ken Wilfy posted have the parts that you *need*, although replacement of undisturbed O-rings would be optional, IMO, since they are only 2 years old. You'll also need A/C flush to flush the lines to make sure any metals or particulates coming out of the compressor are flushed out, and always, always replace the receiver/dryer everytime the system is open. Easy and cheap. If you're dropping the A/C cabinet (which you should since you can't flush through the expansion valve) I'd take the evap to an A/C shop for flushing and pressure testing (cost me $22 the last time I did mine).

My questions: Besides installing a new compressor, what would I need to do to make = sure the rest of the system is not compromised? Where can I get a compressor?=20 Any good links on DIY would be great. Thanks!
