If you are sure, or strongly suspect, the water is coming down the pass side a pillar, then look to the bolts holding the luggage rack on the van roof. The brackets holding the rack are screwed to the roof and should be sealed with mastic. It’s possible that the water is collecting a bit under the luggage rack ( should drain from the rear of the rack seal) and then migrating through poorly sealed bracket screw holes.

Even if the water is not collecting under there, there is still water going by via the luggage rack drain holes.

It means taking the luggage rack off to check .
