They do not need to be recertified here in Canada. They Do need to be maintained and safe for use.

They don't need to be because they are mounted and non-removable and there for do not need recertification. That is the legal bit of how it's worded here. I looked into the same I a few years back.

Franks site seems to be the only place you can get EVERYTHING needed for parts unless you go into a RV shop. However a friend did that and it cost him about 700$ to get it re-re'ed. He should have asked....
