Bad ground is where My head has been on this all along & I was about to suggest

a Ground Jumper Test but in reading through all that has been going on the past few

days it seemed that DavidBs Voltage & Ohm tests would eventually show where the

cause was ~

You really need to determine what is causing the Bad Ground because if it is from

Eng to Chassi other circuits will also be effected ~

This is the Reason that I like to Add Grounds Directly from the O2 Sensor Body to

Chassi & from a Stater Motor Bolt to Chassi ~ Depending upon all the Old, Corroded Bits

& Pieces & Nuts & Bolts that make up the Eng', Trany, Exhaust Package as a Good Ground

Path is Begging for Issues to Arise ~
