I want to replace the crank in a 1977 bay jalousie window. I don't want to do a total rebuild, I just want to have the cranking mechanism work. Does anyone have any helpful hints? I have purchased a new crank. Most of the videos online are for a total rebuild, and they take the entire window apart. Is there a simpler way just to replace the crank? Thanks!
