I'd assumed that a propane shop would transfer the fuel to another tank, were that even possible. Maybe they too just vent gas to atmosphere?

If I lived in a town with a really wide open area nearby, as a last resort I *might* consider venting the fuel to atmosphere. But, I live in a heavily treed property and am a "renter" so I'm sure that as soon as the landlord or neighbour smelled propane, there would be a "to do".

I don't like attention. ;^)
