Before you adjust that pin on the pillar, make sure you mark a little dot on two direction, so you know where it was before you adjusted it. Now, if you look at the locking action, you will see, it works from top toward the bottom, hooking onto the pin. The last time I changed the rollers, I had to adjust the pin about 1/8 in. upward. The marks you make, will stay on for the next time reference. Of cournse, not only up or down to adjust but maybe you want it more in or out to be flush with the rear panel.

hi all,

on my van the sliding locking mechanism works well on the front (or on the handle end)... but on other end (the hinge end) it doesn't lock completely unless I close the door with my right hand and pushing the hinge part with my left hand to assist it then it closes well...

so what part to adjust or replace?* (note: all the rollers are new and well lubed)*

thanks in advance for any help

dan
