I had an intake valve break like this. It was indeed on an engine that had experienced the seized valve in the guide scenario. The heads came off to fix the seized valves and bent pushrods but the broken keeper shoulder on the intake valve came much later in the engines life when again, the head had to come off. The moral of the story is I would recommend you replace all those valves now. Check all those pushrods for bends and damage also.
