Those are Mercedes 16x7.5 ET46 wheels. They are forged (strong and light). The part number is 2204010002 and/or 2204010102. They came on the late 1990's to early 2000's S Class cars.

Anyone know what wheels are on this van? They have a Mercedes cap in the center, I guess that's a clue.
