Did you try a regular bulb in their? Voltage and polarity are killers for LED lights. Correct voltage and inserted the correct way.

it's nice to get rid of the blue foil and get a kit to replace it, but...
the blue foil still working good except the lights problem... but here's
the thing, I have more than one van and replacing the blue foil on all the
vans it's quite costly...
