Just an FYI, I recently installed the GoWesty dash circuit board and
lights. It was straight forward, but I suggest looking at both the
online video and the print directions as there were things covered in
one not covered in the other, and vice versa. I would have liked GW to
offer options for the dash light color (the white is pretty bright for
my taste), and getting the tubing that prevents light from bleeding
through to stay in place was one of the more frustrating steps. But, it
went well and works as advertised.

the 30+ years age on that troublesome Blue Foil, the rock-solid
improvement offered by GoWesty would be something to strongly
consider. Yes...it's $250...and probably several hours of work. But
they offer a great video on how to do it, doesn't look bad at all, and
you will be confident for the next 30 years. Their design looks robust
and well conceived.
