Me too. I'm intrigued. The timing is perfect for us. My wife's minivan (ugh!) is on its last legs and we're trying to eek two more years out of it until our youngest goes off to college - exactly when the new Microbus will allegedly be released. We were leaning toward a Tiguan because we need AWD for the winters here, but this is also AWD plus it's electric, with enough range to handle longish trips in winter weather that the Westy wouldn't much care for. Downside is it's got a bit of a bulldog face. Cute or ugly, could go either way, will have to see a production one. (And more importantly so will the wife!)
