Working strictly off memory "C5OA" means the part was first engineered for some mid or full size Ford around 1965. The "1150" is the "Basic" number that identifies what type of part it is, ie; hubcap, fender, fuel sender, etc. The "B" suffix denotes that this is the second variation of this item. That said could it read C5OA-1130-B? This would make it a wire wheel style hubcap with a three prong center spinner. If so they are for 1965-66 Mustangs, again if memory serves me correctly. It has been decades since I worked in a Ford Dealership Parts Department and not quite as long since I was heavily involved with classic Mustangs. Do you have a photo you could send of them to confirm?
