if my guess is right ... there's no change in oil flow design from beetle
to 411, to 181 to barn door, to vanagon air cooled... but feel free to dig
on the internet universe... btw to did own beetle (67), 181 the Thing, 411
(square back), barn door bus before getting in to water cooled WBX
vanagon...
