Lots of diagnosing to do (that you may have done) before concluding it's the pump itself.

First -- there's a two-pin connector forward of the air box that goes to the pump. Unplug it and jumper 12V and ground to it. If it doesn't run, it's either the pump or its connections.

If it does run -- does the ECU relay click at key-on, followed by the fuel pump relay? You can check this singlehanded by jumpering 12V to the coil positive side (15 terminal, black wires). Doing that is the same as turning the key on.
