Hi David and all,

David, your skills are to good to spend on this sound for lights idea. I work around them. And as all my lights seem to work correctly I’m not going to play with it. I was just being silly.

I do have a light indicator on my iPhone. It works for telling me if house lights are on. It might work for some small things but not the low light and small space of the indicators.

I can hear the vent fine and it never gets very hot at all. Plus once really going I can easily hear it from near the vent. That is unless the VW gathering is getting too loud!

Water level is easy. I just open the top and stick a hand in. Blind people just need to do things like that. Not ideal but it works fine.

To keep my van happy I need a few friends, but then again, I have the van partly because it is so much fun to have with friends. And, even though you personally showed me how to crimp wires, I’m still a poor student! But, I can now strip them and connect them like a champ with the low temp solder connectors!

Best,

Eric Caron 85 GL Auto
