This may not be relevant but afaik, the cause for my door locks "going crazy" (cycling through lock, unlock on their own), was the failure of small springs that support the brass "see saw" electrical contact inside the actuator. That part provides electrical contact as the actuator piece moves up or down (unlock, lock).

I used a pen spring to replace those springs. IIRC, I did this on the driver side door. The passenger side door will now cause the same former issue if I unlock it with key.

Don't know if the slider or hatch use the same type of actuator.
