I totally understand. And, in my case, though I was careful to assemble the exhaust flue bits correctly, a small leak at those parts could be the culprit of my flame blow out. All about the sum of the details.

I don't know if he's still in business or active in Vanagons but an old time member of this list, Roger Sisler, had a great multi image picasaweb album of a 182A that he rehabilitated. Very in depth stuff. I can't find it on the 'net anymore but it sure helped me gain a better understanding of the Westy Dometic fridge.
