The only thing that has allowed my fridge to blow out under way has been flue misalignment. The one exception was driving through a thunderstorm on the Gulf of Mexico so violent that it killed 8 sailors nearby at the same time. I had to remove the stove and found leaves blocking the inlet down deep just above the fire box. I am not likely to experience such a thing again, hopefully. That was the last time it blew out, many thousands of miles ago.
