Subject: Great device for lubing cables
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8"

Despite my attempts to make the throttle cable on my diesel westy butter smooth, I was still getting catches from time to time. Recently I recalled mention of the use of a motorcycle cable lubrication gadget--in my case the Motion Pro 08-0182 cable luber--and ordered one for less than $10 shipped on Amazon Crime.

< https://www.amazon.com/Motion-Pro-08-0182-Cable-Luber/dp/B0012TYX9W/ref=sr_1_4?crid=34FUP1JXFE47X&keywords=motion+pro+cable+luber&qid=1562334983&s=gateway&sprefix=motion+pro%2Caps%2C142&sr=8-4 >

Once the luber is clamped onto the end of the cable, allowing the rubber core to seal off exit routes for the lubricant, you insert the nozzle tub of the lube spray can into a small port in the device. Spray away and you can hear the cable housing filling up. I used mine in a couple of places and only spilled out about two drops on the driveway.

Jim
