Also try chilling the fridge through A/C first - seems to help get it lit especially if the fridge has not been operated for awhile And try different speed variations of pumping and clicking the fridge lighter button. My fridge takes a little persuasion to start - but it does light....and once it does, it seems to light quicker when travelling and switching it off and back on to gas.
