Other people may know better than me, but I think you'll find those tires
to be a bit small.  185/70R14 is lower sidewall profile and thus smaller
diameter than the factory recommended (and equipped) 185R14, if I am not
mistaken.  I believe that a radial tire with no profile sizing stated is
about equivalent to a sidewall profile of 83.  Others correct me if I am
wrong.  There are some 185R14C and even 185R14D tires around.  Kumo has
one, as does Vredestein.  Check the list vendors.  Of course, some people
strongly recommend moving on to 15 or even 16 inch wheels, and running
lower profile tires.  I like the sidewall depth for back road travel of the
195R14, and have the Vredestein Comptrac in that size, with a D load rating
(same as your 8P.R.).
