Open the gas cap and run some compressed air back from the fuel line outlet, too.

And carefully listen as you release that fuel cap after one of the episodes of stumbling.. could be tank venting probs...those are all pretty sketchy..(If you're talking about Julian's van)

But my bet is that Icm that piggy backs on the "brain"
