To echo Dennis, as he just put one of these oil coolers in front the radiator of my 84 Westy with a worn 2.1L. Driving in and around NYC - massive stop and go traffic at above 95 degree ambient temperature, the oil stayed around 215F. At highway speed under same conditions averaged around 195F. PSI remained around 15psi at idle during the most brutal parts of the drive and 45psi at speed.
