The G in position ten of the VIN is '86 model year.  The serial number
indicates that you need to use the early '86 wiring diagram in Bentley, not
the late one.

Mfg dates are consistent with model year.

Since this isn't factory a/c -- look behind driver side headlight for a
large green resistor with three terminals or look beneath van at the back
of the radiator fan.  If resistor present or fan has bolted connections for
electric, you have the large single speed fan that gets three speeds using
the resistor, and your high fan relay and fuse are mounted on the cabin
wall forward of fuse/relay panel, above the ground stars.  The fan relay on
the panel is then for middle speed, operated by the a/c.  If resistor
absent or fan has plug connections you have the small two-speed fan and the
fan relay on the panel is for high speed, using the same fuse S1 as for low
speed.
