Yes ~

The Holes that those 2 Bolts go through are a bit sloppy so pay attention to the Position/Alignment of that Bushing Carrier

so as to try & return it to Its Original Position ~ That "Slop" Can Be Helpful if making Minor Adjustment is Necessary ~

Drive Rear Tires up onto Car Ramps & use a Creeper ~
