10Ft should do nicely as the Filter to "T"Splitter takes about 6.5Ft & the remaining 3.5Ft should cover the Splitter to Rails runs ~ There is no need to route the Feed Hose through the Old FireWall Fitting Hole so that saves a little on length needed ~ Also, When routing the FeedHose through the Frame CrossMember just ahead of the Eng'Bay I choose to use the Smaller of the 2 Holes so the FuelHose gets separated from the Heater Hoses & also Do Not ZipTie the FuelHose to Heat or Rad'Hoses ~ I have never experienced the need to replace the Return Hose so can't speak to Its Length but that run Doesn't require the High Priced High Pressure Hose so any Good Quality Fuel Hose will do ~ ORR ~ DeanB
