Van is in good condition; well-maintained, garaged,  PA inspected and registered every year
1.9 L water cooled engine; manual transmission, 150,000miles.
New tires, alternator, battery,

New radio/CD player with front and rear speakers

Includes optional middle seat to convert intopassenger van

Swivel front seats; pop-up top w/bunk bed

Back seat folds down into bed

Curtains in good condition, includes front and rearprivacy curtains

Selling as is at $11,500.00

Buyer must arrange to pick up van in Lancaster, PA

AsIs Conditions:

Body has a little rust and a few small dents

Small oil leak from front engine cover

Slight fluid leak from transmission 

Exhaust pipes are warped and will need new exhaustmanifolds and cross over pipe to  passnext inspection

Needs windshield washer fluid tank

Skylight main gasket replaced in July, 2019 butstill has small leak around bolts

Camper components (sink, refrigerator, and stove)need work:

LP gas system needs new tank and probably new piping

City water input pipe leaks, faucet works OK

Water storage tank inlet has a locked cover, key hasbeen lost, unable to assess condition of storage tank or piping, water pumpsounds like it works

Refrigerator does not work in any of the 3 modes:gas, DC electric, or AC electric

AC electric hookup does work

Needs new antenna

Fuel level and tachometer dash dials erratic(bad/loose connection up under dash)
