I have this "Transit Flatbed" which I absolutely love, as it swings back far enough to get to the back shelve in the hatch, without removing the bikes. Also, no contact to my paint! https://www.nashbar.com/transit-flatbed-2dlx-hitch-rack-xr210-2-bike-40-0175-non-non/p923088 or short link: https://tinyurl.com/y4bogfla

It has a built in lock to the receiver hitch, same key controls the built in locks on the hold down hooks.

Takes only a few minutes to install/remove. And no swinging of the bikes hitting each other or the van while driving.

I have a Paulchen rear door-mounted bike rack for two bikes. I Keep it in my garage until I get tired of the hitch mount. Then I install it and put the hitch mount until I get sick of the door-mount. Then I switch them back again. Sigh.
